Between 12-14 October 2007 Leinster Regiment Association members were amongst the group organised by Major Jim McLeod of the Combined Irish Regiments Association that visited Ypres (Ieper) Wytschaete, Spanbroekmollen and Langemark in Belgium.

Friday 12th: Commemoration and a tribute parade at the Last Post Ceremony at the Menin Gate.

Saturday 13th: IMOS Sphinx luncheon in

Sunday 14th: Tribute visits were made to the following.

  • 16th (Irish) Division Memorial and CWGC at Wytschaete.
  • Island of Ireland Peace Park
  • Spanbroekmollen Mine Crate Poll of Peace.
  • Spanbroekmollen British CWGC
  • Langemark German War Grave Cemetery.
  • Poelcappele British CWGC
